They spent more time trying to show examples of open world and on top of that the games they showed aren't really even "open world" with the exception of Batman. I'm excited for anything Star Wars but the video was weak.

i want a sequel to Jedi Academy.
In a way, it is good. It has a nice story mode and all that, but its still a MMO so you have to do mundane questing. I always end up giving up on MMOs sooner rather than later so i just stopped playing but its not bad.
Considering that KOTOR kind of plays like a MMO anyway it feels more or less like a true sequel

It was way too similar to WoW in look and feel to me. Every bit of dialogue had voice over which was pretty nice, and there were a few things I liked, but it wasn't a game changer. I think it's still active in free to play format, but you aren't missing anything.
When I first saw the title to this thread, I thought it was talking about another MMO until I realized they were saying open world as in GTA as opposed to WoW. Duh. That could be pretty cool if it's done right and isn't just some money grab by EA. I really really hope they don't fukk up Battlefront.
