We need to clean up our communities, build an economic base, with all this single mommery, stop black on black crime, and focus more in achieving in life instead of ignant hood chit.

im aware of what the article says, ive seen it many times where white dudes with low degrees and no degrees move up, but i think legislation and marches only goes so far, unless there is blatant racism there isnt anyway to bust the old boys network

but basically we black people have to go out there and build our network from scratch, im not suggesting its easy, but that is what we have to do, right now we are on the wrong path and we have to change the way we go about doing things

Why do you think those midwestern rustbelt states areas where construction and manufacturing are the major industries have the largest black-white income gaps? Even here in Atlanta, the vast majority of skilled trade workers are middle aged cacs living in the far exurbs.
