In DC, huh? There's also a rapid increase of Whites moving into the city. Where is the evidence that there's a significant increase among Blacks? A couple Black doctors venting about what they personally see isn't good enough. And these doctors want to see change, but what is the point of just crying about it on npr instead of taking real action?
