I really doubt they have any remorse and not only do they fail to see the hypocrisy in their actions, but the sheer lack of empathy they have for the family's that they are running in through the mud is disturbing.

The hosts always try to cop pleas and blame the producers/editors/directors.
Anyone with experience in the biz will tell you that if these reporters are uncomfortable and worried about their rep or interviewee, they will flat out tell the producers, "No, I'm not asking that" or if they do ask a controversial question, delicately introduce it or go there if the person being interviewed brings up the subject on their own.

Gayle's whole, "I was just as shocked as you were at the way it looked" was absurd. She wanted another R. Kelly moment.
That most salacious parts of that interview were chopped up and released on CBS' social media and we all ate it up and hailed Gayle.
This time, the public wasn't feeling it at all and now she's backpedaling and blaming others.

Oprah's bad attempt at trying to cry and other claims is an attempt to garner sympathy.
That being said, Snoop fukked up with the stupid, "before we come get you" line and all the bytches shyt was stupid.
