SHE TALKS A GOOD GAME, BUT THAT'S ALL HER FAT LAZY LESBIAN ASS IS. It takes more than money to be the type a leader that she is calling for. Many wealthy people throughout history backed philosophies or movements but did not lead upfront. How many wealthy/businessmen have you seen at the forefront leading a la mlk or malcolm x.

Anyway, I see what she's saying but like someone's else said blacks don't need a singular leader they need an organized community that all do their part. A leader can be replaced...blacks need to be like arab terrorist group no matter who is killed, there's someone to replace him. Cause the philosophy is ingrained in the mindset of the populace instead of just wandering aimlessly for several decades like the jews did the desert until another 'leader' rises up again...rinse and repeat.

Dont need another mlk or malcom x we need men who are in tune with the present issues that face the community and have new seperate solutions today . Their systems has adapted changed and has a plan for where its endgame is . We need brothers who have an economic base but can utilize and enchance technology and ecomics to the masses and action that is innovative and relevant to removing the grip white sumprecacy is trying to keep on black ppl .Need stem minded and critical logical thinkers not ppl think oprah who doesnt gzve a b'ckground in that bussiness . Also needs to be many not a few people taking a alternative route and lesss reactive thinking snd more proactive has to happen now

Agreed. Read the story of AG Gaston and he funded a ton of civil rights leaders and initiatives

Oprah's full of it. She's a huge Obama supporter right? Why isn't she looking to him for leadership? One of the biggest causes of black dysfunction is the reliance on white-controlled media which is used to perpetuate white supremacy/black inferiority. Oprah has her "own" network which could be used to counteract the miseducation courtesy of the MSM instead of being used to maintain the status quo. Oprah's never been about challenging the system, she's only about playing the game getting in where she fits in. Oprah has proudly been Amerikkka's mammy who's made billion dollar empire on the strength of tap dancing to gain white approval. She'll eventually be done up like Cosby.

We all have agendas. Someone said earlier that all leaders get killed or they learn to survive. Thats life in a nuttshell. Either youre willing to sacrifice what you deem most worthy or you learn to adapt. There are far too many posters on this site that believe you can what you want without those two choices.

The truth is that they are clueless.

Only thing I took from that is she meant we need a "Man" as a face of the movement.

Kind of like in The Dark Knight and how they needed a "face" (Harvey Dent )to inspire others. and even after he turned evil and died, Batman tried to protect his image..I'm just saying

It's easier to get behind something when you can put a face on it.

Leadership = Easy target to corrupt with money, or assassinate, be it through character or killing them outright.

We don't need leaders, we need Group Economics(tired term, but shyt) and declare economic war with within our communities against any
entity that seeks to funnel the money OUT. Even with jobs our neighborhoods stay poor cause none of the money circulates. Economic prowess
will suddenly put blacks in a position control districts, then whole counties. Fix education where the federal, state, and local governments have failed.
Opt to kill subsidies for needless shyt and reinvest in our neighborhood infrastructures.

But yall don't wanna hear that. Lets destroy shyt and realize "shyt, we can't afford to go anywhere else!"

Peaceful protests are great, putting what money we have into enriching our neighborhoods is even better.
Agreed... "Leadership" is so 20th century and dated.

What black needs is just an agenda that everyone is on board with. That is group economics...

Its easy to get rid of one man and their ideas. Its harder to bury the bodies of a group of people who had the same passion.

There are far too many folks faking the funk. Lady Op is one of them.
