Instead of operating on instructions imagined to be optimal:

- People sat around and contemplated the right things, then basically forced populations of people to abide by these laws. These ideas of what should work -

..instead of trying to imagine what would work, we should measure and observe what works.

Any set of rules for people should essetially be the same as rules of math:

-You can have an opinion on Subtraction, but if your opinion gives you a different result than the actual mathematical operation, guess who loses?

Opinion loses to bold facts everytime. Especially if you need to make $250 last for 5 days. Spend $100 a day if your personal view on math allows that... But on day 4 math will prevail and you will be on E.

Same with people and their movements. There's a best way to do.. whatever.

Have we discovered it yet?

Maybe not.

But one way WILL be superior to other ways. Known at the present time or unknown at the present time.

Any set of rules meant to govern Human activities should be based on hard facts.

Humans tend toward certain things and are harmed by certain things and can be made stronger in certain ways.

"Rules" should simply embody that which is healthy for us.
