As soon as the officers had him they should have called off the dog. They are supposed to be trained for that. Looks like they just got a savage from the junkyard. They just stood there and let the dog rip his arm off.

Them dogs dont be trained like that....every time we see a K9 in action they are unable to restrain it

Also even if that dog wouldve kept going and started chewing the man's neck, they would NOT have killed that dog
