Ohio State beat Oregon u bonafide idiot. Held them nikkaz to 17 points, STUPID.

Stanford will beat them
The difference in athletes between that team and now is amazing. Even with that Rose Bowl run, the system was propping up 3* athletes.
And Masoli was a joke at QB, won some games with his legs, but kept games close and lost them with his arm.

No doubt about year. The potential is crazy. Especially if DAT and Mariota stay (more likely that Mariota stays IMO).

LMAO @ Ohio State
Y'all nikkas aint never seen that kind of speed.
Talking like yall are in the SEC
Oregon would smash yall

Only teams that can keep them in check year in year out is the top SEC team with weeks of preparation
Take away that preparation and its all bad
If they played Ohio St with 1 week prep...
Curtains
Shyt, even with prep...Ohio St doesn't have DL like the SEC running 4.4s

They're gonna smash us tho, my Stanford aint looking too good. I'll be at the game Saturday but I think Arizona St is a trap game

didnt Oregon hold Auburn in check also
yeah they lost that game, but Auburn offense was also held down
Cam had a case of the shakes on two should've been TD passes.

I mean, you can count 500+ yards of offense "held down" if you want. :mjpls:

Put a good defensive line against Oregon and you'll have a good chance of stopping that high paced attack. Nick Fairley consistent blew up their offense. They had like 70 yards rushing that game.

This is the best oregon team offensively in years

@Ed MOTHERfukkING G you agree?
The first team isn't signifigantly better than any of their others, but if you include depth, man they are 2 or THREE deep at EVERY skill position especially RB.

Their best offense ever is dennis dixon pre injury but they had guard-sized-tackles, and linebacker-sized-guards during that era.

The way to stop oregon is to have a offense that can control possession and chew up the clock, and have a defense that is athletic and can stop the run, but now with mariota becoming a potent pocket passer you will get burned.

stop comparing bum ass darron thomas at qb running a 4.9 40 to mariota th egawd

Mariota to me is better than dennis dixon ever was

While oregon had a better pure rb in stewart back then, the duo of marshall and deanthony thomas is lethal

And this wr/te core is the best oregon has had in a minute, bralon addison and josh huff:wow:

and then with colt lyera and that big cac that killed tennessee this past week forgot his name.

I've seen stanford paly this year and they are much weaker defensively and offensively than they were last year, army was running all over them, and fales was moving the ball in the air (Although they had no run game)

Whatever.

Oregon is in luck though, because I haven't seen a dominant DLine from anyone so far.
