their best years are behind them and they got nothing to show for it except some flashy uniforms. while the teams who won the ships been rocking the same jerseys since the 90s

I knew they were desperate when they stole EWU QB as a one year savior.

The whole offense needs a certain type of QB and after this year I'm not seeing anybody stand out.

Maybe one of the new guys they just signed but It's not easy being a starting true freshman.

And also thier defense was NEVER that great. It's just makes it so much easier when the offense gets you a 20 point lead (and counting) in the first half.

The other teams offense will play completly different trying to play catch up to a runaway train.

Breh half the O fans on this board don't even live in the United states :heh:
Only got on that O train for betting purposes. Well theyre outta chips now. Don't even ask me how :youngsabo:

I know who you are referring to and even though he's not from the area he's done his research and knows the Ducks backstory. I have no problems with him.

I only have issues with the new Duck fans. The ones who have liked them for 3-4 years. Not just on here but in real life. Kids from California, Illinois, Tennessee, etc... They are only fans because of the hype machine and marketing that Nike rolled out for Oregon. They couldn't tell you who Joey Harrington is, Ontario Smith, who the coach was before Chip Kelly and certainly not who was before Mike Bellotti. They don't know anything about Mac Court or Hayward Field.

Yes, Autzen is an amazing place to watch a football game and the crowds are great. It hasn't always been that way. Oregon/Nike has done a great job of erasing their less then impressive football history. There really isn't any substance to their program. Take away Nike and all you have is Oregon State.

As someone who grew up in Oregon and once cheered for Oregon last night was a game I along with many people on the west coast have been waiting for. The loud brashness, hey everyone pay attention to me attitude, might finally be getting a reality check.

I'm in the bay area aka the greatest city in the world :win::blessed: could've stayed in Eugene or Portland but love my city too much
I assume you went to school there. No issues with anyone who went to school there. It's where you got an education. You should be proud and cheer for them.

Please no.

I don't want that fat racist fukk ruining the Canes with his 2 page playbook.

:scust:

Chip Kelly would be the BEST thing that would happen to the U since Jimmy Johnson.

You saw what he did at Oregeon WITHOUT a recruiting advantage.

Imagine what he would do with all that Florida SPEED??

Don't let him being a shytty NFL coach cloud your judgment.

No recruiting advantage? Other then the worlds most popular sports brand backing them and supplying their players with custom everything. Including Jordan's that were only made for a handful of people.

Miami just shot themselves in the foot switching to Adidas. This is coming from someone who likes Adidas too.

Brehs.

That Nike Advantage in the grand scheme of things is MINIMAL.

Do you want to go list for list with Oregons 5* recruits with other top programs? Ohio State? Alabama? USC? Auburn? Texas? Texas A&M? Hell even TENNESSE?

Even with Nike Oregon is in a SHYTTY area for CFB recruting which is the Pacaific NorthWest.

Trust me, Recruting the U in South Florida would be much more lovely than getting 3* star recruits from Cali and Texas to go up to Oregon.

thank you.

florida state, ohio state, and alabama were all in the top 4 for cumulative recruiting rankings going into last year's playoff. oregon was like 17th.

And unless something is done.

This might be what the downfall of the program might be.

It's hard to stay at the top of CFB WITHOUT top recruits.

NIKE and those uni's can only do so much...They need a true pipeline throughout the south.

It's like they never had a plan for after Mariota left.

Goatganda the pearl of Africa
Oregon never recruited the south, hawaii, California, zona and Oregon and Washington are where they ate.

Under chip they were able to get the deanthonys etc. And as well stud 4 stars from cali

Now Jim Mora , sonny dykes, and usc are getting even the good leftovers because frost and helfrich are pathetic

How the HELL Oregon couldn't recruit a legit QB to take over after Mariota left? Like they thought he was going to be there forever or something.
