KOTD definitely lost some credibility, but there is one major difference between KOTD and URL - this wasn't really KOTD's fault that all these battlers failed to show up. Looking from a professional perspective, KOTD did everything right. URL on the other hand (with the exception of Math vs Serius) itself created a negative image by not releasing battles on time, misleading the fans, don't have a regular schedule, battlers complaining about late cheques etc....

So, KOTD can't drop dead because of one failed event, they still have their core fanbase (+ old GT fans). URL can face a difficult future if UW's shyt is a success.

And like many people have already said, Organik let out a statement the day of. we were waiting on that con/hitman battle for months! Without any word from smack. No one knew why he didnt want to release it and he didnt care to inform us.

KOTD provided a platform for a battler to perform, pays money to battle, pays money to the opponent to battle, even pays for your hotel and food, gives free promo by advertising the battle, and then on top of all that you expect them to verify if the stupid ass has a fukkin' passport? Should they ask him if he has a toothbrush as well?

Big T could've said that he doesn't have a passport as soon as they talked about the battle in the first place and that could've been arranged.
