yes crystals can manipulate energy. they can act as conductor, semi-conductor, super-conductor, and amplifier of energy. they can focus and scatter light. they can also resonate with external frequencies and store energy/information, etc. especially quartz crystal.
in regards to the orgone, if it's made from quality materials and engineered by someone who understands energy and circuits, then yes it can affect the electromagnetic field in its immediate environment. and as you know, if you change the field you change the atoms in that field.

my orgonite ankh pendant came in the mail on monday. when im wearing it under my shirt i can feel it on my heart. like from the inside. i put it under my pillow to sleep and i slept for like 14 hours with the best dreams ever

yah. when you put certain materials together in the right way it creates energy and turns negative energy into positive. Just google orgone energy shyt is fascinating. The guy who coined the term orgone energy was an understudy of sigmeund freud. he was arrested for his work and mysteriously died just before he was gonna be released from prison.
