I didn't realize how many seemingly middle-class black neighborhoods there were on the Far Westside. Like the Western Pine Hills area and the neighborhoods that straddle Hiawassee Rd.

:patrice:

Some beautiful rolling neighborhoods out that way. And predominantly black. Seemingly.

Why are Florida brehs obsessed with making their neighborhoods look the hardest and roughest? Mercy Drive, OBT, parts of Pine Hills(like along silver star), Texas Ave, Parramore, I understand those areas are rough. But they make the whole Westside seem like it's a warzone. Not true.

Not every place with palm trees is safe......Some of those neighborhoods you are talking about are old established neighborhoods that have been around for a while.

Parramore specifically. My dad stayed on that road back in the 70s....

Nah. The older neighborhoods I mentioned are certifiably rough. Nothing sweet about Paramore. I meant the neighborhoods on the far Westside that straddle Pine Hills. To the west of Pine Hills. They got some nice neighborhoods in West Orlando.

what nice, predominantly black areas are there in Broward?:usure:
:usure: West Miramar, Western Pembroke Pines, East Sunrise, Northern Lauderhill, parts of Plantation, parts of North Lauderdale, parts of Lauderdale Lakes.

All of broward isn't the hood. And any old predominantly black census tract in Broward isn't the hood, just because it's not super wealthy. They use "hood" loosely in Fla.

Be in Florida and think palm trees and hot weather means shyt is sweet, brehs
I think he saying since the geography and houses are nice in Florida that makes the hoods safer I guess. I'm confused. Most tourist cities people know that money is used to build and create a facade to attract potential visitors.
