Pembroke Pines is like 20% black. Miramar higher tho at 45%. Most of the black stronghold in those cities is on the east tho.

True. But some of the black black areas in Miramar extends pretty far West from Pembroke Park. Same with Pembroke Pines.

Nah. The older neighborhoods I mentioned are certifiably rough. Nothing sweet about Paramore. I meant the neighborhoods on the far Westside that straddle Pine Hills. To the west of Pine Hills. They got some nice neighborhoods in West Orlando.

Metro West is nice. I don't about the rest of west O Town.

All of central FL has had an influx of Puerto Ricans. East Orlando down my the airport was full of them. Kissimmee has even more. Most are from the island but many are from NYC.

I got a story about my freight supervisor at my last job in Florida. She was straight from the Island. She wound up cheating on her fiance with the white store manager.
