Yeah this shyt is just stupid. It's not illegal and would be unconstitutional but there needs to be some sort of legal ramifications. Mandatory emergency protective custody or something. Will could sue him civilly but I doubt Orlando has any money or assets and the damages incured by a lawsuit wouldnt hurt or damage his reputation or character anymore than it is. If anything it'd make his mental status worse by potentially losing any home or gigs he has, just furthering his substance abuse and making honest, ethical people bit want to work or associate with him, thus leading to his untimely passing at a young age.
