Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
He passes, rebounds, and moves well enough to be a 3. That's where I see them playing him.

His lack of offense coupled with the fact they have almost no shooting on their team means he's most likely going to play at the 4 next year. The only time you draft a defensive specialist top 5 should be if they're 6'10"+ and can shut down the paint.

He doesn't project out to being one of the top 5 players at the 3 or 4, they passed on guys who do have the potential to be among the top 5 at their position in the future.

I bet the thought process was to grab a PF with the #4 pick the whole time. A decent PF wouldn't be available at #12 since we all knew Gordon/Randle/Vonleh would be gone by then. Hennigan probably thought Payton would be an equal or better talent than Exum/Smart, so he waited on the PG :manny:

I think Gordon is gonna be nice, dude has the makings to be a very dynamic stretch four on offense and dude can defend 4 positions on D. I think he'll be a really good player in three years. :manny:

Yo clearly didn't see him play. His first step is very underrated. One of the main reasons he shot low from the FT line is because of a foot injury. Even with that he was one of the best atheletes in the draft. Already reading reports of him wanting to expand his game to the post and work on his 3 point shoot (shot 38% in college).

Don't forget that he was the best player on USA's FIBA U19 Championship team. Roster also featured Smart, Payton and Jalil Okafor.

13/6/2/2/1 in only 19 minutes a game.
