Aaron Gordon is gonna be good. People like to focus on what he cant do opposed to what he can do. He impacts the game without having to score, every team can use a guy like that. With a guy athletic as he is, im not sure about the tweener concerns. At worst he's Shawn Marion

That's the thing though, nobody denies he has that ability. The question is how far he'll have to go to reach his potential and even if he does is the upside nearly as high as some of the guys picked after. Same way MKG isn't a bad player by any means. But a great defender, with good character, and high motor is not what you want out of a top 5 pick.

I think they're going to have an exciting high flying team. I didn't like the Gordon pick initially, but I can see their reasoning. Gordon has the highest motor in the draft. He's going to produce something.

Smart does many of the same things as Oladipo, Vonleh is more or a project, and Exum is an unknown.

I liked Randle for them, but they must have been scared off by the foot thing.

As for Payton, we're going to have to wait and see. It might take him a few years to be productive. They're probably going to groom him behind Jameer (until they trade em)

It's funny reading all this shyt in here about how Gordon was a bad pick and they should've taken Exum. Yall nikkas don't know shyt about Exum, especially to be so confident in him.

And Gordon can play the 4, I don't see why he couldn't. This isn't the 80s & 90s.....PF's ain't really bangin like that(pause) so he can put on a little bit of muscle and be fine.

I don't see why you draft Gordon when you have a gluttony of guys harkless, Harris, Nicholson who are all young. Should have drafted a legit pg or point guard

Most of the guys on Orlando are young and versatile. Harkless hasn't really proven anything, although he's a damn good perimeter defender and his 3 point shot has improved A LOT. Nicholson cant play a lick of D, and his offense isn't good enough to overshadow that. Tobias essentially is a 3 that's gonna have problems defending some 3's in this league.. but he's young. He can create his own shot and can shoot. Gordon's the closest thing to a true 4 that we have on our roster.
