fukk free community college (which I think will end up benefiting more crackers anyway), when is Bernie and nem gonna address the 59% graduation rate of black males? At least Trump mentioned he would get rid of common core which I believe (standardized testing in general) is part of the problem. When are we gonna hear Bernie and nem plan on that?

What do HS graduation rates have to do with free college tuition? These are two separate issues.
College tuition would greatly benefit black people.
What good is free college if mothafukkas barely graduatating high school...what good is free college if mothafukkas ain't getting equal pay? What good is free college if there are glass ceilings in the corporate/academic workplace for black people? What good is free college if the unemployment rate of blacks will still be double that of whites?

Community College is already free if you are lower middle class to poor. The state grants pay for 90% of it. You might have to pay for a few books but for the most part you will actuallybe written a check at the end of the semester for the money you didn't use. All you have to do is have a GED/high school diploma and take a quick English/Math test for placement.
