It's smoother than Yosemite that's for sure
One thing they fixed (minor thing) is for the Retina macbooks, the scrolling when you're looking through your app list is no longer choppy. It's smooth. Don't know why that took them 3 years to fix.

Finally downloaded. Copied it to another location so I can do a full install just in case this upgrade hoses me up.
