I know it's cool for proud worker nikkas to shyt on Dame because they're still in their feelings over his Breakfast Club interview; I'm just posting this to balance things out and bring a little perspective.

Bonus:

While interviewing Cam'ron, Charlamagne admits he called Dame recently, apologized, and told Dame he was right about what he was saying in his Breakfast Club interview.

nothing dame said was wrong but he isnt politically correct & people thought he was shytting on their existence.

It's no wrong or right in his argument. Why not look to be your own boss? There is nothing wrong with that. He just worded his argument wrong

dame was always right

The idea is there, but, Dame has no proof this works. He hides behind the success of Rachel Roy and "I work for fun."

DD47 failed and the Black Keys and Curren$y have money issues with him. So, I don't wanna hear he didn't want anything to do with music after the Roc breakup...I remember the Damon Dash Music Group...as they were breaking up, he wanted Kanye to leave with him.

When Dame shows receipts, he can talk.

But, he's 100% on about the music industry.

At the end of the day he gave them a platform n it parlayed into them getting more noticed n most importantly more money y'all skip the part on his personality wats crazy is he was the opposite of the Weinsteins as far as we know dame was a stand-up black man didn't force u to do things that wasn't morally right his goods outweighs his bad mouth

Its sad that it took nikkas so long to realize that the black man who all the white execs didn't like and were afraid of,might be on to something:jbhmm:?

Not sure if it was their youth and just being happy to be there,or maybe they all realized but just wanted to get the money and not have Dame causing waves:whoa:

i always fuked with dame and he always seemed like a loyal dude

Not too many people would have went to bat for Sigel the way he did during his attempted murder trial

The only negative thing i can say about him as an outsider is that he seems too loud

I can understand how someone with a personality like that can rub people the wrong way (Adrian Broner, Connor Mcgregor, Camron, Lavar Ball etc have that same loud personality)

Listen to nikkas with crackhead tendencies who have never produced shyt themselves because they endorse some overly preverse fantasy you have with deadbeat nikkas who have beef with rappers you hate brehs....

it's not just about what you're trying to say, it's also about how to try to say it.

Dame is saying the right things, but communicates it terribly to the point where he rubs people away from him.
Also same thing about overextending himself. Has the great intention to help people, but ends up hurting the people around him when he can't fulfill what he promises (think when he started up all the businesses and took artist budgets to pay for other things, signing every damn artist, etc.)

I agree n disagree but he was in the trenches doin behind the scenes work so he pretty much saw all the dirt these big wigs was on he wasn't feeling it n had resentment. U know how it is when u do business with ppl n yall never vibe or just certain things u found out about the person then u finally see it shyt is torture being in that type of environment jay was thinking more money dame thought different plus Jay had too many ppl in his ear anyway u got cam dipset beefing with Jay &Santana getting shelved it was bound to happen. Shyt reminds how future n rocko ain't right no.more even tho he still signed to epic n rocko.
