Its sad that it took nikkas so long to realize that the black man who all the white execs didn't like and were afraid of,might be on to something:jbhmm:?

Not sure if it was their youth and just being happy to be there,or maybe they all realized but just wanted to get the money and not have Dame causing waves:whoa:

it's not just about what you're trying to say, it's also about how to try to say it.

Dame is saying the right things, but communicates it terribly to the point where he rubs people away from him.
Also same thing about overextending himself. Has the great intention to help people, but ends up hurting the people around him when he can't fulfill what he promises (think when he started up all the businesses and took artist budgets to pay for other things, signing every damn artist, etc.)
where did u get that from

Dame WAS wrong
You’re an idiot if u think otherwise

If everyone is a boss...there are no workers

Instead of trying to be a boss...just make sure you have valued skills

black people are just about 15% of the population.

There will plenty of workers left for white people to have if that unlikely extreme does happen.

Everyone is not cut out out to be a business owner
Every Black personal being a business owner will never happen
But let’s say stupid shyt instead of helpful shyt like getting a skill set that will support you and won’t be negated by tech

I agree with that. That's why I categorized it as an unlikely extreme.

I'm just making clear that when (esp black people) be saying.. "all bosses - no workers" in this context it doesn't apply to the black population like that because most of the black population works for white people.

I'm not sure why that angers you, its no biggie though beloved
