I wouldn't go that far but it is a classic song. Too bad Tre couldn't channel this into a great solo career.:mjcry:

One of the greatest songs of all time. Flawless 10/10 track. Best Pharcyde song. Better than Passin Me By. Slim Kid 3 did his thing.

I didn't want to be that guy..... but at least now I know I'm not the only one who feels that way. Both songs are classic either way, I guess I can relate more to the tale of lost love than the p^ssy on a pedestal vibe of "Passin Me By".

Good song.

She Said >

Another classic joint.
Question though. Is it hypocritical to like these Slim Kid Tre joints but hate Drake? I don't actually dislike Drake, but that just popped in my mind....

Edit:
Fatlip was at his apex on Labcabin. After hearing that album I swore he was destined for greatness, he had a grip of excellent verses on that album. Plus the lyrics were in the cassette fold-out.

I like Drake. But I don't really find the two comparable. Tre does have many a sucker move on his resume though. He was producing Bryan Austin Green and simping a marginal She CAC on the real world.

Perhaps. The Pharcyde seemed like basically regular nikkas though. Kinda weird and free-spirited, but you may have joked and kicked it with them in high school. Drake just seems like a lame dude who was never around black people.

Either way, Bizarre Ride II the Pharcyde > Drake's life.

I mean we gotta give Pharcyde the edge because they readily admitted to be weird and somewhat lame. Drake is talented but he tries to pretend like he's isn't (or wasn't) a dork.

Really? You don't see any similarities between what Tre was doing and what Drake is doing on songs like "Tuesday"?
