after just 8 months of training along with jiu jitsu im already able to flex all my friends with relative ease lmfao. it just gives you so much control over someone with no grappling or real fight experience.

With the increase in MMA and BJJ gyms popping up all across the country the past decade you gotta be careful who you pick a fight with these days. You don't know who has trained in what, a little small white kid that you wouldn't think twice of slapping the shyt out of will have you tied up like a pretzel now.
