Larry Elder doesn't sit in any position of power. He controls nothing and is paid just to run his mouth. The members of the CBC vote and create legislation. What they do directly impact the lives of the black people they represent. If Larry Elder sells black people out, that's not a big deal. If the CBC sells black people out prepare for the voting rights act to be dismantled faster than it already is and new prisons built to lock us up.
It wouldn't shock me if the prison lobby is somewhere in that crowd as well
