Plus I dont like them getting on their knees for the anthem if the anthem is what they are protesting. I say just sit on the fukking floor. KNEELING is what you typically do when you pray or are in front of someone to whom you are showing respect to. You're kneeling to the same anthem you're protesting? GTFOH.
If black U.S. athletes wanna protest america's injustices towards them just walk out the Olympics and/or any international competitions for a decade+. Hell pull off what Chris Kaman did and elect to play for another country .

So, a nikka went to the vb game yesterday. It was supposed to start at 6. I walk into the school @ 6:10. I'm thinkin "yeah, they done already did the national anthem"

I get closer to the gym, and i hear they are still warming up

I go to the concession stand to get me a drink & popcorn. I hear the PA say "all rise & remove your caps for the singing of our national anthem"

Im like "Im good, i aint even in the gym"

As im about to give the lady my $3 for the popcorn & drink, she and the ppl behind me in line, face the gym and put their hand over their heart

So, i take my hat off and face the gym like

Honestly no one should stand for the national anthem. America isn't even a real country anymore. Its government has been hijacked by corporations.
