this is exactly why i distanced myself from the RBG movement. any talk about crack, the glorification of crack, the culture of violence in our community was met with what we're seeing in this thread nonsensical philosophical pseudo intellectual speeches and watered down prolific and powerful statements....nah man what about some ACTION!! the only ACTION they want is when white people are involved...the "enemy"..

truth of the matter is that cats see the benefits in protesting police, politicians, white people - all of this can get you national attention, speaking engagements, publicity, interviews on TV - i've been around these muthafukkas that get interviewed on the NEWS and stay up on these blogs

but when it comes to us, there is no benefit other than knowing you saved some lives or cleaning up your communities - nikkas (even 5%ers) want no parts of that..saw it with my own two eyes so fukk anybody who disagrees

of course people are going to be outraged over a police officer killing a civilian--it's because they are hired to uphold the law. people aren't going to hold thugs to the same standard.

And not just that, these same police officers are walking away free, no punishment and no guilt for their actions. These same kids who are killing in Chicago literally won't live to see 2020 or will be locked up and never see sunlight again.

Completely two different scenarios.
