The violence isn't just about economic disenfranchisement as some would like to claim.
A lot of the gang culture that exists is generational. These kids have family members, even grandparents, that were in gangs. They aren't even feuding over drugs, but petty beefs. Lots of revenge killings and violence because one block doesn't like another block. Kids in the same gang are even killing each other. The sad part is the innocent victims that get caught up in all of this. The proliferation of guns is also a major problem. Chicago sweeps thousands of guns off the street each year, but the shootings continue to rise.

Pop culture is sex and violence. This is not exclusive to black people or hip hop. There was cave drawings of porn and murder.
But the propaganda done convinced these dudes that people with brown skin are somehow unique and flawed

Easier said than done. If the streets are raising kids instead of parents, they think the person in close proximity is the enemy, not the person living in a gated community in the suburbs or in a high rise condo downtown.

This stuff is happening in other impoverished areas in the US also. The Black population in the US is centralized for the most part in urban areas. So its so much easier to pinpoint Black on Black violence in Black neighborhoods where thousands and thousands of poor Blacks live within proximity to each other, so the crimes committed get accumulated over time, and attributed to those select few Black communities. White poverty for the most part is rural, so White on White crime that's attributed to poverty, is harder to pinpoint since the poor White population in the US is decentralized and spread all over the US, from Arizona to Maine. If a White guy in a trailer park kills a guy for sleeping with his wife, than a White guy in a trailer park killed a guy for sleeping with his wife. If a poor young woman Black woman gets hit by a stray bullet in a Black neighborhood, it gets attributed to Blacks nationwide "Not doing enough" whether that's fair or not.
Nope thats a huge reach. Many people are losing their lives in chicago like a lot of hoods across the country. Treating these cases with kid gloves and trying to find incessant justifications for clear BS is dragging your feet. Yes thete are black people in these hoods who foster a criminal culture. Yes these people and their families need to be call out for it.

there are going to be more than 1,000 black on black homicides this year alone between chicago, detroit, memphis, and new orleans.
nationally, the police will have nowhere hear that amount, but anytime you point this out here come the:
it's all a fukking hustle man, or a bunch of life failure ass nikkas trying to get in on the hustle..no real black person who genuinely cares about their community would gloss over those numbers, or say some silly shyt like "lets not talk about black on black crime!"
