Unless you got the same energy to talk to China and Russia that way.
You have proven yourself to be shortsighted and reactionary. Congrats on Russia. You've been wrong about literally everything else. Talking about money when you have more posts than cents. Foh

trump is both racist and classicist, but he cares more about money than race. problem his classisim doesn't matter because racist whites hate black people more than they care about improving their economic situation. that's why they keep voting for republicans...because "brown people are taking over your country! maga"

i do agree that identity politics is not a winning formula for dems. it's important no doubt, but in politics it doesn't drive people to the polls. the majority of this country, white people, are mostly indifferent to racial politics. obama won on an economic platform and that's partly why trump won. people bought his bs about being s successful business man who can bring jobs back and he also played on racial fear and animus of whites. that racial fear and animus doesn't work in reverse though.

all that said, shirty will get her wake up call. just a matter of time.
who would forsake race for money? :dahell:

To even raise this point doesn't make any sense!!!

Of course he likes money. Jesus Christ...thats the exploitative history of white supremacy!

The irony of this is that, the type of Democrats OP stans for are Democrats nationally have proposed to focus on trying to win "Republicans in the Surburbs" and "moderate republicans" instead of maybe appealing to their current base. You don't need to win Trump supporters or the hardcore racists who vote Republican every time, including child molestors because of racism .You need to motivate your side to vote and you do that with policies they will like. Democrats in recent times have shown a desire to appeal more to the mythical "moderate Republican" who will suddenly vote for Democrats instead of advocating for policies that will energize their own base.

I'm not a fan of the Joe Manchin types either...but don't sit here and tell me to reach out to people who don't give a fukk about me.

All this "ignore racism" shyt has NEVER worked.

Essentially you're arguing that you shouldn't support or vote for policies and candidates that believe what you (not you, the royal you) believe economically because racist whites are against them due to racial animous, and otherwise would be for them.

How does that make any damn sense. People are aware there is a contingent of racist whites in this country that would commit suicide to harm non-whites. Does that mean you suddenly should give up your beliefs that these are still more valid economic ideas?

...and once again you show your disdain for leftist ideology, outside of racism, with the Marx comment. Because asking tough questions on your own side about maybe constantly sucking corporate dikk is the same as going full Marxist.

Its not even that.

Its the naivety to assert that fixing race issues can come with fixing class issues.

Its like saying we can fix CTE in football by fixing global warming.
