If you're paying student loans and such yeah shyt could be rough. Luckily I graduated with only a little over 10k in student loans which I paid off years ago before kids luckily.

But honestly its not bad money for me but I live in a small country ass town in SC so money goes a little farther here.

Yea, I work in the Chicago area....nursing does pay well; however, I don't want people thinking that all nurses are out here balling .

I have a friend who does travel nursing and she's clearing way over 100k a year, but I cant see myself being away from my family like that. I really should've tried that shyt fresh outta school though.

My wife is an RN she bounced from that hospital shyt though. Does private practice.

It's the usual if you work in psych. On two occasions last month I was off for three paid days due to workplace violence. I pressed charges because most patients know what they are doing.
