Bold move. He must've been miserable

In my experience, most disgruntled execs basically "quiet quit" until the company packages them out and they vacation for a year, or consult on the side, until they line up the next thing

I remember helping to offboard a VP a few years ago and it became clear that he hadn't even opened his email in weeks lol

Looks like this dude was so over this shyt he couldn't even bear to do that...

I respect it, but damn

Well to be fair Kraft was a widower by then and he wasn't putting shıt on any line by doing diabolical dirt.

Life is good when you're an owner and single. :blessed:

Gotta find stress relievers especially working corporate jobs
That and some proper medication for it. Some lifestyle modifications and he'll be right as rain. My issue is that being jobless in that economy as a black man with kids is asking for more stress. He was better just taking a vacation to sort himself out.

So he couldn't wrangle up some paternity leave or more time to help with his newborn? Even with another job lined up, that is risky.

First off, get off that man’s nuts.

Second, I fully agree with the being here for his family and making his kids the priority. I had some events the past few years and I have had the same change in perspective when it comes to my professional life vs. personal life. All the stress and other things that go with my profession just ain’t worth it, man.
