I don't like the people in Toronto for the most part, and I'm a people person. Something about this place sucks personal character from people.

Dallas easily. Been there already and I'm making another trip in the fall 
Felt like I was in a candy store with all of the beautiful sistas I met when I was there for my cousin's wedding so I could see myself meeting my wife in East Texas.
Job market and housing market is really good and it's an easy transition from living in Northern California . That's why there's so many transplants in Dallas living there
