Nobody talking about Get Rich or Die Tryin' after a decade what makes y'all think they gonna be talking about it after two decades? I fukked with the album when it came out I was young and fell for the hype but on some real shyt that and Tha Carter III are arguably the most overhyped, overrated albums of All-Time.

I'm going to go with Kanye, lots of reaction on social media after the 10th anniversary of The College Dropout on social media and dudes had the longevity and has stans galore. Also, the album had a legitimate influence on hip hop influencing many artists and timeless joints like "Last Call", "All Falls Down", "Jesus Walks".

If you counting good kid, M.a.a.d. City as Kendrick's debut and not Section.80 then Kendrick as well.

people want to talk about impact & shaking the game up.

if we really want to talk about this, and from a real-time respective. then it would have to be:

1. 50 cent
2. juvenile
3. jeezy
4. nelly
5. kanye

Jeezy above Nelly tho? :dahell:

Alot of joints will still be talked about but if we talking about getting the illmatic 20th anniversary treatment, a lot of these albums won't get it just because the artists have faded too far from the spotlight, even though their debut albums had major success.

Now Kanye has been able to maintain a strong career so CD will most likely get the 20th anniversary treatment. 50s shyt was a monster when it came out but his career has been on the decline for a whole now, im saying this even though I think his new music is dope. Kendrick debut has all the markings of an illmatic type classic appeal, but he is far to new to say whether his career will still be strong enough in 20 years.

I agree with everything you wrote. But also add eminem. Just five more years and he will definitely be around and be significant until then.
