Maybe in the 00s but definitely not OTA. My issue with Kast after Aquemeni is that their albums started becoming hit or miss (track wise). Stankonia is very inconsistent to call it top 10 OAT.

This album grew on me, and I fukking love it. It's impossible to rank their first four because I like them all for different reasons. Their most creative album, ahead of their time on levels unimaginable.

I didn't like this one at all compared to their previous two (Three actually if you count their debut), not the direction I really liked when they changed up their style like that. I think this is their 4th best album. ATLiens and Aquemini are far better IMO, their peak.
