This just so......odd.
I get that it's clearly just a loading transition to get into the instance for the mission, but it's still weird to work that in as just jumping over something.
Something tells me that when reviews come out, there are going to be people asking just what happened during the delay.

It's weird because it feels like it's one of those cases where they couldn't think of anything else to do, or ran out of time to fill that with something else. Which is crazy, since this was supposed to be a launch window game originally.
