The state doesnt need the victims to prosecute in DV cases. The simple fact it got dismissed is enough proof that the lack of creditable evidence exist. Brusing and the locations of said brusies are debatable, because self defense can be the argument in such cases. No one's defending Greg Hardy's actions. It's just been over a year now, and this witch hunt is overkill. People don't get that the media needs its Big Black Boogeyman. It doesn't help who they're trying to target, because White women, more and more, prefer Black guys.
