That's the question about the Tegra 3. And by the time it gets released the Tegra 4 is supposed to be out. I'm skeptical about a mobile chip being able to do much, but it may be possible. They say it can reliably push 1080p video so it may be alright for movies even if the games suck.

Looks like they are gonna go over their goal many times over, so maybe they'll add some enhanced stuff.

That said, we believe many existing Android games will feel bigger and better on a TV with a real controller. And we’ve heard from developers like Brian Fargo and Adam Saltsman that the controller will be the most exciting reason to develop for OUYA. I wish someone would create a console that is a little more powerful than the Wii U and is very hackable and customizable. I know there are people out there that would like to develop fan made sequels to games and I would love to play such games. For example someone made a stand alone sonic game called Sonic Fan Remix

I'm willing to bet that there are people making soul calibur sequels street fighter sequels and I know the MUGEN scene is pretty big too. I'd love to play all these games while sitting on the couch.
