I've arrived to this point too. These heauxs be obsessed and addicted to social media.

And people got mad at me on here for using this to screen my tenants. It's like kryptonite to getting a lease agreement from me.

I'm damn near 40 with no kids and last relationship was almost 5 years ago. All my homies have close to 3 kids, homes etc.

I just started my own security firm last year and is busy with that. So I feel shorty, shyt hurts but just gotta wait until it's your time.

The problem for as fine as this woman is (she is fine) in LA, women that are that fine are common. She probably had good suitors in her 20's and now her 30s the offers aren't the same. She's still good looking but she may need to maybe find a decent career dude as opposed to a top level business man or athlete, simply put she got greedy.

I would also agree with the posters who said she needs to leave Cali.

but as usual the qualifications for black men is much more fantasy and Disney oriented than reality

I literally had professional sisters here in LA turn me down left and right because I told them I was a longeshoreman and they laugh , but I was making 85/90k a year but I never tell my finances to chicks … they wanted the brother with a MD, lawyer title or connected in the music, entertainment or sports industry…

and u would hear them all call into local radio saying they can’t find a black man out here

then u turn around and they are linked up with Doug and Ted who are bartenders or mechanics
