:ohhh: so being a good student means you'll have success on the field? Didn't realize the two were synonymous.

Doesn't matter...

He'll be a really good player in the League. I saw today (and all season, and his whole career) Sunday throws. Get him with professionals where you can do this ALL DAY he'll be fine. Kids a gamer, a leader who teammates look to. His will to win is strong, (as compared to Timothy Tebow who's had the STRONGEST will I've ever seen) correct some flaws with his mechanics and mental(long windup/throwing motion, bone headed plays) he'll do just fine. *edit* needs better footwork as well. Tends to throw from awkward launching points and leaves himself open to unnecessary shots. Decent in the pocket and good with his eyes but tends to "lock on" to a receiver a bunch..

Very comparable to Big Ben or Cam Newton, very high ceiling. Love this U, but truth is the truth...

That wasn't the premise of your thread though. Everyone is saying since Winston got accepted into Stanford and is currently an honor student at FSU, that he'll probably do fine in a wonderlic written test. Nobody is saying good student equals success on the field.
