Overpopulation is a myth. Where it becomes a problem is when we add in our energy usage. Of course cleaner suggestions for energy have been created, but for whatever reason the oil companies dont seem to want to let them in. While at the same time going to another table and saying we're becoming overpopulated...
I think thats the power they're wanting. The power to control who gives birth and who doesnt. Of course, the populous will most likely eventually give them this power freely

Yes it truly is a scary thought but not in our lifetimes...it will happen eventually.
I mean christ their are rules governing what you can and cannot do with your own conscience and people dont look twice over that

Terraforming bruh...Theres record numbers or cows,pigs,chickens,goats,fish and every other farm animal and lest we forget nature has wiped out 99% of the species itself in past cataclysms..several times the current extinction of species is due in large part to Governments and their land use and ownership policies...People wanna blame poor latin Americans and Africans for having babies when in reality the rain-forests are being destroyed to enrich western corporations ...things like raising beef for Mcdonalds and putting hardwood floors in suburban homes.....

It's not overpopulation that is the root problem, it's greed and overconsumption. If we were more humane about how we spread money and resources, even the overpopulation issue would have dried up a lot quicker, because secure people tend to have small, focused families.

Also, there's a difference between "carrying capacity" and a desirable world that I actually want to live on with wildlife and biodiversity.
