I'mma need educated on this, because I've never heard of it til now, presumably because no one on my family was nice enough with it to bring it to any get together.

Have you ever had a sweet potato pie fresh out the oven? Take away the pie crust and bake it with marshmallows on top. Its the best thanksgiving/christmas side dish
