how is a poster overrated/underrated?

I based the list off of the frequency of how much I agree with their views/opinions for the underrated column and I feel they don't get enough shine.

Overrated are posters that I usually just don't see the hype behind.

I think anyone who has to resort to exposals or acting like a douche for no reason for a couple of LOLs is overrated though. I guess I just prefer nice people.
