Don’t do it. Get yourself a steak/chopped cheese sandwich from a reputable spot. The Wagyu that’s being pushed around in the states ain’t the same as Japanese Wagyu.

For what it is, oxtail shouldn’t be as expensive as it is. It’s a pricey cut of meat so it’s easy to mark up on basics foods like sandwiches and pizza.
