I lost 40lbs on zepbound in like 10 months. I take it once or month or less and have maintained my weight. zepbound do not need to be taken weekly it's way stronger than advertised

Those shots are miracle drugs. There's a huge difference when you use them responsibly. I've lost weight with it and without it but damn it makes it easier when you're with it.

worst part is they try to fight it with surgery when its just a side effect of those drugs thus making it worse instead of just getting off it and letting their weight come back naturally or just dieting and exercising

The issue with these is that people who have no muscle or never work out at all are the main users.

The GLPs are bad. It's that they should be used with a healthy diet and work out routine. That way you won't be flabby afterwards.

A family member uses a GLP-2 but refuses to exercise. She lost about 20lbs and flat-lined. But that's on her.
