The point I was trying to make with this thread is that posters who cite dubious sources should be held accountable.
I don't care if you're liberal, conservative, Libertarian, Centrist (like I consider myself), or otherwise, no one should be using sources that are this non-credible and disingenuous.
Brian Cates' LinkedIn page has his blog listed under "Experience", with no other verifiable employment or educational info.
And somehow, @Ozymandias considers him more credible than Seth Abramson, an actual professor and lawyer.

I've never seen a single mod or admin address how someone can be bushed so many times and never get a ban. It's pretty ridiculous how lenient they are with posters who are actively disruptive and deceptive.
