Never really checked out his music but I do know some songs off the earlier Black Sabbath albums. From what I've heard they basically influenced every heavy metal band ever. Like the way guitarists mention Hendrix or rock bands mention Beatles, every heavy metal band was influenced by Black Sabbath

And also that it's a miracle that he lived to be 76 years old.
