Honestly they should just pay waiters at least minimum wage.

The whole concept of it being legal to pay them less because they'll get tips was dumb in the first place.


Not that I have anything against tipping but people shouldn't have to rely on them.

I’ve had female relatives wait tables and also had a bro wait tables at an upscale steakhouse.

My thing is, why do people get angry when others don’t tip well? It has the potential to be lucrative or to be less than minimum wage. Women complaining about not affording gas, diapers, etc. Why not go into something where the wages are more stable? My bro made good money at the steakhouse. I guarantee he works there bc the pay is good. If the money slowed up I’m sure he’d find another gig.
