The problem with Pablo is that his cherrypicking is framing Aspiration as a company that only existed to pay Kawhi Leonard, instead of a company that defrauded people out of hundreds of millions of dollars.

So Pablo looks into The Ballmer Group, a thing he runs with his wife where he does donations. He plays a clip of Ballmer and his wife saying to look at every donation personally or w/e.The donations run from 500k to 400M and they list the recipients on their website. Pablo goes through the recipients and finds one that Ballmer donated 1.875M to called Golden State Opportunity. He goes to that website and to the "Where We Started" page to see the founders and backstory of it, but it's "404 Error Not Found". He uses the way back machine to a snapshot of what that page looked like in Nov 2024. Turns out the founder and picture on that page is Joseph Sandberg, Aspiration Co Founder. If that isnt enough, IRS forms also confirm it is Sandberg. Ballmer gave that grant to GSO in Decemeber of 2024. This is after all the fed investigations, when clippers cut ties with Aspirations, and all the other stuff. Pablo hits up the Clippers for a response and the communication officer acts as a PR representative for the Ballmer Group and says that BG gave 4 grants to GSO starting way back in 2018. So that means Ballmer/Sandberg have been linked together since 2018.

Are you just ignoring the part where Ballmer donated to a charity that Sandberg is the founder of? Sandberg is the founder of Aspiration.
You also keep chirping about "concrete evidence". The NBA doesnt need concrete evidence to act, if they do so.

Not to mention this was after the Clippers claimed to have been scammed by Aspiration, so why would he still be giving them money as late as December of 2024 after already being scammed by this guy. Why get back into business or stay in business with someone that defrauded you. To me only one of two things could be happening and they both point to Balmer guilt. Either they are in bed to Sandberg still to circumvent the cap OR Sandberg is blackmailing him due to having dirt on Balmer trying to circumvent the cap.
