:francis:Stans and haters in general are the worst in hiphop, I don't care who is GOAT and I don't care about rappers that don't make music that's appealing to me either. Sure I cringe when I say I listen to hiphop/rap and someone says 'oh you must listen to *generic mc I don't like*' but other than that, I don't care. :yeshrug::yeshrug:

I'm a fan of Pac and Jay, Pac better to me but Jay also put in his work and has enough high quality material to be great.

Hov's music is more empowering than Pac's in a lot of ways.

Pac was more spiritual but he was also a lot more negative. The narrator in his songs is constantly venting and at war with himself, whereas Jay's songs are usually about flipping a negative into a positive and moving up in the game of life.

Pac has better love songs though, if you wanna call em that.

Read the comments and post your thouts.
El-p dealt with this as well, fans assuming he hated Jay and voicing that dislike to him and expecting elp to add on despite elp being a fan since the originators and Jay being the artist he says he wants to work with the most (said he'd cut his pinky off to).
Also can you link me the page that post is on, want to see the discussion.

"Eminem ove GAY Z" (:mjlol:)
"jay-z...overrated, fukk him"
"im honestly kinda hurt that one of the few that writes from the heart and reminds that there is still humanity could make a post seemingly idolizing someone so fake!!!"
Yo I will never get some people's irrational hatred for Jay :mindblown: Jay has paid his dues and has been a relevant figure for almost 20 years. All the legends in hip-hop pay homage and respect him. Even when him and Nas were going at it there was a mutual respect.

They're literally personally offended that Jay is Brother Ali's goat, I can't understand that.
Lol and the Tupac cultists come out towards the end with the killuminati conspiracies :mjlol:
This is Ali's follow up post to that shytstorm (other than his responses in the original thread)
