Snoop was 100% correct in not siding with Pac.

nikkaz always get on 50 about him gettin mad at ppl who do songs wit his enemies, but they never say shyt bout Pac wantin nikkaz to take on his beefs.

In the end, Snoop won because he still alive:umad:

Go head and make whatever type of music u want to, Snoop. You aight wit me:salute:

I feel like how you gonna be "cool" about the biggie situation in regards to pac when he was the same nikka that got on the radio and pretty much put the green light on you, your cousin and your homies at your video shoot....

If snoop had any real friendship with biggie before then (he didn't)...that should have deaded it...and there certainly shouldn't have been any friendships formed AFTER that. If you look at it from pac's perspective how could he not be mad at snoop? It ain't even like he was being neutral about it, he was flat out saying "i'm cool with biggie" even though he tried to get you shot and is currently down with nikkas that will do me in when they get the chance...pac's paranoia and discontent with having to be around a wishy washy nikka like that in war time is understandable IMO.

this also shows what typa backstabbing fakket Biggie was.

Oh oh oh, "...and how to sell records like Snoop--oops..."

*gets your homies trailer and his buddies/cousin's trailer shot up*
*sits by idly while the nikka who let you sleep on the couch and begged bytches to fukk you gets shot*
*leaves guns in the nikka that put you on's room forcing him to take a case*
*beats wife and mother of his children*
*leaves daughter out there to fend for herself in these streets*

Biggie was a piece of shyt maynes.

Calvin came across like a sucker to me for playing both sides. Like the poster above mentioned, Biggie basically put the green light on Snoop, Daz, Kurupt when they were shooting New York video up in Red Hook BK. Biggie said on the radio "I cannot believe NY is allowing the Dogg Pound to shoot a video out here." Coincidentally, that very same day DPG's trailer gets shot at. And let's not forget Snoop was all jokes and smiles at that House of Blues concert when Pac was on stage shytting on Big.

Then you have Calvin dissing Big in this very song, peep game starting at 2:30.

When I was younger I thought it was wrong, it kind of crushed the super untouchable legandary gangsta image I had of some of these guys cuz I was naive. I really thought it was a family, yadda yadda heh.

Being an adult and a man, Snoop was right.

He was right where exactly? Was he right for escalating the situation in 95 with "the eastcoast aint got love for dr dre and snoop dogg?" Was he right for shooting NY NY, in new york. Biggie sent goons to shoot up his trailer, and after shyt got hot he then says his cool with big and puffy? So let me get this straight, he's right for escalating the situation and when shyt gets real acting like he wasn't part of it? Is that what you are saying?

He was right to not continue on a beef or fully jump in. Should he have thrown away his life and this career he has, almost 20 years after the fact, to stay tight with a guy who signed to the same rap label as him? He didn't escalate the situation to where they both died.

Biggie didn't order goons for the record. I don't know why this keeps getting morphed into some hit. He mentioned the Dogg Pound was able to shoot that video in New York on the radio. It's not like he said on the radio he had 10 stacks for anyone who paid them a visit.

As for the Source thing him saying that didn't get Biggie or Tupac killed. As if Snoop was the first and last rapper to get pissed on stage that a crowd wasn't going nuts for em. I've personally seen it from De La Soul, Kanye West, and Dilated Peoples as well just the same. The difference is of course no one jumped in to morph these stories around or a media to hype them up beyond what they really were.
