It just wasn't explained well....Any real Pac fan knows he never spoke like he was a drug boss, it was more observational, or his own life.
And that the fact he was in a performing arts school means he had a more intelligent, cultured perspective, but that doesn't change the rest of his circumstances, or experiences going forward.
