Jay doesn't have a timeless song anywhere near the level of a Dear Mama or Keep Ya Head Up
I feel like Jay does have timeless songs but probably not as universal as the Pac ones.

1) Pac was controversial...He touched on almost every emotion any one of us can go through...
He was political, religious, atheist, thug, intelligent, ignorant, loving, hateful, b_tch made and a real n_gga all rolled into one...
Jay Z is either a slick street hustler or a "I have more money that you" rapper, he doesn't take any chances at all...Always plays it safe...
2) Pac made that "pain" and "tortured soul" music...
3) Pac took chances and risks with his music...Dude has a legacy built by No Name producers for the most part...
Pac helped the beats, the beats didnt help me that much...
